Many empty stores
Lots of potential and moving in the right direction. However, when I'm not looking for beer, sportinggoods or expensive clothing, it would be nice to have a store with either audio/video or gadgets etc. One never knows what might be missing in the shelfs at home.
Nice shoppingmall in the middle of Skien city. Oleary's is inside the mall if you want to eat, drink and play while shopping️
This place is improving, but is still rather empty. It is in a great location, and is being re-branded, but sadly is still lacking the variety of shops to attract people away from other shopping centres nearby. In a few months it may be better, and I wish them luck :)
Its a nice mall. Its under some construction. But everything is in order.
