I am a Metos customer and I own a Cafe. A small freezer of ours has been broken for some months and I have tried service centre calling, text messaging to technician and several visits have been made, still we got no right part or fixing procedure done. This has caused a lot of damage to our summer sails regarding frozen fruits, icecreams and smoothies. I believe that such a poo service is absolutely irresponsible from a company.
