Nice personell and good selection. However, I'd expect more guidance and information when I asked for help. I left with a product I don't really know if was right for me due to being clueless about strollers.
Slow staff, took many weeks to fix our stroller. The other store they have is way better (not the one at grønland).
Good selection of baby toys, strollers, car seats, etc. The prices are fair but of course one can find better bargains online. For me, it is always better to see the items you want to buy with your own eyes. One can read the box, touch the fabric... maybe don't smell the toy since that would be weird. Right?
Generally, I like the products I've bought here. Unfortunately, I received terrible service last week. I was debating buying a winter wool hat because I was unsure about the size. Anders was the clerk who told me it would be no problem whatsoever to return the hat within 15 days. I wanted to return it 10 days later, when I was informed I wouldn't receive my money back – only a gift voucher for the store. This information was withheld when the item was sold to me and it's not mentioned anywhere on the receipt. I felt deliberately mislead by the salesperson.
I think this place is great, big selection, decent prices.
