It may not have the bells and whistles of Vestkanten, but if you are just looking to swim it's the best in Bergen. Both kiddie pools are great for the little ones, and the second of them is out in the main hall so families who also have larger children can feel like they can keep an eye on both. The water is clean but not too full of chemicals, she kept at a great temp. The food on site is of course way too expensive, but that's what you get with a \captive audience\ type of situation so bring you own if you can.

Very nice swimming pools with a lot of space. Tidy and well organized changing rooms and showers (baby friendly). Perfect place to train and relax. Highly recommended!
A bit expensive but good pool. PLEASE dim the lights in the main hall a bit for a nicer atmosphere.
absolutely perfect for kids and adults.
The place is nice, although the attractions available turns Ado Arena into a place for professional and over average interested swimmers primarily. There are pools for the children and infants also and there are two slides, an obstacle course and a diving tower, but it's more like a regular place for swimming than focusing on these things. I believe this is intentional for the arena due to be named after the famous Norwegian swimmer. I applaud them for that because they know their area of business. It's a very good place if you like swimming, but as a regular visitor you will most likely be left with a feeling that the place lacks the extra kick you would like to have. Especially as a tourist to Bergen or Norway.
Nice area but not Corona aware
No shower gel and shampoo ... some showers are not working , high price ...
Maybe it is because we are in Scandinavia and everything is expensive... but here it looked very very nice - still too pricy if you just want to dip in for 1-2 hours.
