The food is okay, but the staff is usually very unfriendly. If you ask to scan your app or for anything other than the absolute basic on your sub, you'll be greeted with a passive aggressive silence. Do yourself a favor and go to the Big Bite on Bergen Storsenter instead. They have a way more friendly staff and genuinely seem to care that you have the best experience possible

Very bad staff it was terrible experience One of the ladies dealt with me in humiliating way on front of my child!!!!! because I was checking if they put one of the ingredient or not... this lady kept repeating the ingredient name and laugh as I am idiot and didn't understand what she's saying!!! she made me a joke for other customers!!! that wasn't acceptable at all!!

For å si det midt. Den aller verste opplevelsen jeg noensinne har hatt ved et serveringssted. Nr 1: Vi kommer dit det er en kvinnelig ansatt antageligvis daglig leder der. . Sur og gretten er det første som møter oss og vi føler oss LANG ifra velkommen. Hun står med hendene i bak lommene før hun lager mat. Langt ifra delikat. Vi bestilte mat som egentlig skal varmes opp, den fikk vi iskald og hun ville ikke varme den for oss. ALDRI KOM HIT.
Dårlig service, veldig misfornøyd. Ikke ofte man blir i dårlig humør av et annet menneske, med det skjedde her.
