Booked a helicopter tour on the same day that we were in Bergen and it is true that the website is a bit difficult to navigate, but I sent an email and received a response and was able to book via the visitors center at the harbor. The tour was amazing and the fact that the booking worked out within hours was also impressive and much appreciated. The staff is wonderfully accommodating, courteous and professional. We could tell that safety is the top priority, as well as assuring guests have a good experience. We were celebrating my son’s 14th birthday and the pilot did a great job explaining all for the sights to him and to our group of four. We saw the glacier and so much more. It was all absolutely stunning— highly recommended!

Don’t go. Or don’t even try to go! Tried to charter an EC-120 two times. Dates & Times offered at their webpage simply doesn’t exist. Also tried to contact them via phone - have been re-transferred to several numbers - after spending one hour they promised a call-back. Never received! Don’t waste your time.
