Worst service i have had in, probably, years. Order placed in november. Nothing. Called, emailed. No answer. Birk i guess went through bankruptcy or 'avengers endgame level' changes. Still chose not to answer. Emailed, called again. Finally an answer after 5 months. However nothing was done. Hopefully i will get my money back (had to call again as emails remained unanswered). I would advise not to buy anything from the store. Best to avoid at all cost.
