DO NOT FLY from here on out. Hugely disappointing customer service during COVID-19. Had a HUGE European trip planned for July, got everything re-booked or refunded, but Widerøe went absolutely nowhere and took our money. On another note, aircrafts are not the best, gate crew when I’ve travelled is borderline rude and inflight service is equal to none. Absolutely worth avoiding. Fly Norwegian instead if possible, or even the train... At least you’ll have a pleasant experience.

After keeping us waiting for 1 hour for the flight, and we were told the flight is canceled because of lack of staff.. seriously? only one staff in the service center with a long queue of passengers waiting, What’s even worse is there is no more hotel room left.. such good service !
