This review is for our experience during our visit to restaurant Låven. We had our dinner this weekend. A simple word: a restaurant pearl in Brekstad. Delicious food with quality, big portion and worth every kroner. We ordered scallops and herring for starters: brilliant Main menus we had: spareribs (child portion), fish soup (child portion), fish and mussels menu for adults. Top notch . Friendly staff, cozy restaurant, nice interior, clean restroom, spacious parking area. Highly recommend to have your lunch or dinner here when you are around Brekstad and Ørland.

It is modern, cosy and upscale place. One hour by fast boat from Trondheim. So it is very isolated and great for escape from the city. Short walk from the local harbour. Good for weekend or meeting. Very tasty food. Respectful and helpful stuff. Rooms are clean and modern. Nicely decorated. I rather like this place
