Helpful and knowledgeable. We had reserved a replacement part for a pump online and when we came to pick it up, the staff double checked which pump we had - very thankful they did, because we had chosen the wrong part so they swapped it for the correct one quickly and with no extra fuss. Great service.

Really grateful to the lady running this shop for giving us so much of her time and expertise showing us how to wear baby wraps and teaching us about reusable nappies. The shop has a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended for all but especially new parents interested in environmentally-friendly and sustainable baby products/ knowledge!
Really helpful and individual customer service— you can try on all kinds of baby carriers, and they’ll help you find the perfect one for your body and baby. Oslo is so lucky to have a store like this!
