Breathtaking place you should consider visiting. For us who used motorcycles to get here, the roads where part of the journey and very nice to experience. When up top the view, especially to to the valley below with the ships, is stunning. Might be a bit chilly depending on season.

If only there was a sixth star, for this place is worth it. There are 360 degree views and even for someone who is afraid of heights, as I am, it feels safe. One can see cruise ships three miles away in the fjord and miles away, across to east Norway. Forty minutes spent here was too short!
Fantastic views on a fine day, and most amazing road to the peak.
Absolutely amazing! This is a must! I recommend to go here during sunset! When I went here the clouds had formed a layer over Geiranger which made it absolutely breathtaking
Amazing views from the top. Terrain is spectacular and breath-taking. 150NOK entry for a small car. Ice walls are super nice. Very windy up top. Two car parks. Recommend parking at the top, and just walking down if you want to. Went on 3/June still fair amount of snow and ice, so wear appropriate shoes. Toilets also available, but due to tourism, there is always a line.
The absolute highlight of our trip to Geiranger! 1500 meters up in the air you get an amazing view over the distant Geiranger fjord as well as the snowy mountains. To get this high from Geiranger you have to traverse a lot of serpentine bends. But the journey is worth it. Great views all around.
Fantastic view to Geiranger! Nice steep roads up there
Specatacular views from this place! We were lucky to have a clear blue sky on our visit which made us get a great view of Geiranger and the surrounding snowcovered peaks. Note that tolls are 200 Nok (2020) for cars and motorcycles. Absolutaly worth a visit!
