Amazing food, just as we ordered and great service from the staff as well. Their own pale ale was also a good match with the spicy food. The interior is very tasteful and cozy, some Indian style instruments here, some led decor there, a good mix all in all. Can get quite busy at times, it's probably a good idea to make a reservation.

Highly recommend to go here . It’s authentic and also flavorful, delicious food they have. Had very good conversation with owner and he is very welcoming. We will love to come back again. Ambiance is really modern with Indian and Nordic Sense of interior , I liked that .

Had tried Indian restaurants in Stavanger, Bergen, Oslo and Trondheim. This was so far, the best. Having ordered vegetarian items, each item was upto taste. Even the starter chat tasted authentic. On request, we were served fresh masala lassi (which was not on the menu). The hospitality was also great!
The food is excellent, certainly just as good quality as I have experienced inside of the UK and far better than any other Indian restaurant that I have been to in Norway. The owner and manager is exceptionally friendly and chatty, remembers our usual order and provides a nice and welcoming atmosphere. Absolutely recommended!
You need to be modest and humble about your customer service. I was at the restaurant on a Friday evening when the restaurant was full. I was told that there was no space as i had made no reservation. I am not upset about having asked to come back. But i am upset about the way the guy at counter handled me. He could not wait for a minute to explain the situation. He was walking all around and literally shouting to tell me that people book 3 weeks prior to get a place. I had to keep turning to understand what he was conveying. Anyways i did not get a reaponse as to how long i had to wait and so ended up eating in another restaurant. Never to Safran again !!!
Great food, friendly staff, lovely interior and atmosphere, and also catered to us Vegans! Will definitely come again and recommend.
