So the shop is really small and cute. Normally not many people are around so you get help fast. I went there three times in total to get passport /ID or visa pictures taken and they were always friendly and helpful. The thing is for the price they offer, the quality is just bad. Well it's functional and fast, that's why I sticked with them (because I always needed them in a rush and didn't care if I look ugly on the pic too much), but they take the pictures with a small digital camera, without tripod, totally over exposed and they don't care to show you the picture first. When I asked to see the picture, I could see it on the camera screen and not on the PC. They do absolutely no editing. I'm used to that photographers look through multiple pictures with you together and do minor editing such as minimizing redness or dark circles. Afterall it's around 5-10 years in your passport. And they don't. To get a digital copy costs extra (49 nok) per size you want. It's way easier too much for the kind of service they provide. I'm very unhappy with the quality and price.
