We do not recommend Elite Vindupuss at all - we moved into a new house in April and the previous owner had arranged for Elite Vindupuss to clean the windows before the move in date. On the move date the windows were very dirty and nobody came to clean them. We recently contacted the previous owner to find out who they usually use for window cleaning as we tried to clean the dirt ourselves in the end but decided it was best to get the professionals in (yes we should have done this sooner after moving in but have been busy with unpacking, work etc ;) ). We were shocked to find the previous owner had been charged (and paid) for the windows to be cleaned at our house not long after we moved in, despite the fact they were thick with dirt before we attempted to clean them recently. I contacted Elite and explained this to them and received an unapologetic response claiming that somebody had come to clean the Windows just after we moved in. They said that bad weather in April may be to blame for us not realising that our windows had been cleaned and said we can pay if we want to have our windows cleaned again. No thank you - if that is the standard of cleaning they do and the level of customer service they have!!
