I have experienced loads of mistakes/wrong invoices that have been sent to me along with threats of Debit Agency for the invoices I have already paid. Communication with their economy department is non existent. This is the case of loads of time and energy wasted on something that should not even have been an issue in the first place. I would definitely not recommend using their services for the packages with Boarder Control taxes.
I select 1 star because I can't put ZERO! Very bad service, I pay to receive pack to my home and I had to drive over 30 miles to pickup by myself. #shamefedexoslo #fedexthief
Like every other comments here, I do not recommend to use FEDEX Lillestrom - my delivery was delayed for a week (every day I would get an update saying that today was the day), basically I got my package almost 10 days after the due date. Futhermore I contacted the office asking them if I could pick up the package myself, they answered me the package was already out and they would contact me the following day, they didn't contacted me, the package came back to the warehouse and I missed my chance to pick the package up myself, resulting in 10 days of delay. People on the phone are nice and helpful nonetheless. Will NOT use FEDEX AGAIN, DHL provided a prefect experience on the other hand.
This is just the absolute worst courier company to exist. After countless terrible experiences with them I had swim them off but after two years of boycotting them I figured maybe (hopefully) they had somewhat improved? There service in the UK and AUS was always decent. But alas. My package was scheduled to be delivered today. They messaged me to inform me of this. I waited at home all day. I even tried to call them to get a better sense of what time they would arrive so I could get something done but naturally they don’t answer. Now, an hour before their by 18:00 deadline, I get a text that they reverted the delivery to the Norwegian national postal service and it will be delivered some time tomorrow before 18:00... :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):) Seriously. The absolute f***ing worst.
Okay, just choose anything else besides FedEx, prices are the same. Really weird, one time they deliver to my address, after 20 days another time they delay package by two-three days because they say they did not authorized my address? Like WHAT? They relay packages to bring, and this takes another 1-3 days. Just use anything anything else
I selected 1 star as there is no -10 stars ! Worst service EVER on business level, there customer support promises things and dont inform the driver ! Just poor service ! Any other will be much better !
Terrible experience with FedEx! They did not fulfil the agreement so I will have to find another carrier and my package is now delayed. Furthermore, the customer service did not treat me nice even though FedEx was in material breach of the agreement. I cannot recommend FedEx to anyone! :(
