The company was founded in 2019, with a mission to contribute to sustainable development in the industry, by combining biofiber resources with high-tech engineering technology. FiberStrength will produce high-quality oriented strand boards (OSB) based on bamboo fibers for the building and construction industry. Our technology is developed to maximize the utilization of the bamboo plant, while ensuring a sustainable production and recyclable products. FiberStrength is dedicated to sustainable harvesting and certification. From 5 tons of bamboo, we produce 4.5 tons of boards – where the residual dust is used to generate heat for the drying process. Branches and other waste are turned into valuable soil enrichment to reduce inorganic input. FiberStrength is closely aligned with several of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and we work continuously to maximize our positive impact in our day to day contribution to the community.
