As they claim to be, their fish and chips is probably the best in town. Although I haven't had it from any other place in Oslo, I'd admit that it would be hard to beat. Just make sure that you visit there early, they might run out of prepared fish, and you might end up being served a fish burger with a cold fish cake while greeted by hair in the food, which only proves how busy their day have been.

Super cosy atmosphere, with the fish shop in front and restaurant in the back. Helpful staff and amazing \today's pasta\. Worth every penny.

Undeniably the best fish and chips in Oslo. If in party mood we top it with their fresh oysters and sparkling for starters. Recommended!

Waited too long to be seated and nobody came to take our order even though we sit right in front of the bar. Tables who came later than us were been taken care of earlier than us. The food is great which I can’t complain with. The breading on the Fish and Chip is crispy and flavorful. The Mussels are the best I have tasted! It’s fat and creamy. The cream sauce goes great with the bread as well! The Bacalo is also tasty, it’s not fishy at all. The dipping sauce come with the bread is amazing! Just can’t stop with it. Overall great food but the service could definitely be improved!

Spending 24 hours in Oslo for the first time and decided to look for a good spot for seafood and fish. I could not have stumbled upon a better spot for it. The staff was friendly, of course, but they really know how to cook their fish. I had the fish dish of the day and it was cod cooked to perfection with cauliflower pure, steamed broccoli and pickled onions that was just great. Don’t be in a hurry when you come however.

there was very good fish, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, would recommend!

Food Fish and Chips were extremely good. The fish was really crispy on the outside while the inside was moist and succulent. Creamy fish soup was hearty and accompanied with bread with garlic aioli. Minor point was that I wish it came with more bread for dunking. Also ordered the house beer which we were told was specially made for their restaurant. It was very crisp and refreshing with a nice citrus note. Ambience It’s a small and cozy restaurant with tables quite close to each other but it didn’t feel too cramped. It’s also a place to buy seafood so it had a nice feel to it. Service The servers were very friendly and always had a smile on their face. Price Not too pricey for Oslo so highly recommended.
