Great on telephone and reception. Guard phone Sofie. Bad service on practical assistance and help to get the animal healthy and recovery. To slow and waste of time before action was taken even though the information needed was given by customer on arrival the day before at 20.00.Good finish though after customer s request reference to another animal s Hospital. Medium satisfaction results in only 3 stars of 5 possible.

High qualified and polite stuff, but pricy. Found out what was wrong with my dog after 1 visit. Local clinic couldnt do it in months.
Helpful and do update you if you deliver your loved one over the night. I find this as the best vet on Østfold.
Very good vets and always there to help. Even after we had to say goodbye to our cats. The hospital sent a card to see if we were ok. That was a really good gesture.
The staff here are really nice and helpful.

Friendly staff, professional vets applying up to date veterinary medicine in a genuinely caring way. Available and ready to follow up on their patients via email, phone and SMS to the guardian. The price level is somewhat high, but the quality of the care is impeccable.
