We drove from The Netherlands to Norway and about near Alesund, we felt something was wrong with the brakes of our Volkswagen Passat. We found Møller Bil Alesund and decided to go there immediately the next day. The people over there helped us immediately and were very warm and helpful. The person helping us spoke excellent English. We could wait very comfortably in the waiting lounge while they were working on our car. It only took 1.5 hours to fix the car and after that we could continue our journey without problems and we even received some food from for the journey. All in all, excellent service and very good experience!

On my way from the Netherlands to the North Cape (Norway) and after tanking diesel in the area of Flam, I noticed problems with the engine of my VW Transporter which I rebuild into a small camper. Not knowing if this was serious, I found this VW dealer in Alesund being close and I asked for help. Though quite busy with scheduled work in the holiday season, an available engineer listened to my description of the problem, performed a test drive together with me with me to check the engine behaviour and even drove the Transporter in the workshop and connected the analyser to ensure nothing was wrong. I suspected that the diesel I tanked was of a poor quality, and he agreed based on his findings and did some additional checks to be sure nothing else was wrong. That gave me confidence and I made it to the North Cape and back to the Netherlands without any problems. Very customer friendly behaviour indeed, which at that moment, far from home, was particularly important for me.
