I don't recomend this place .... For a caravan and bobil facility their knowledge of Thier own products and services is appalling. I went in there and told them the product I wanted because I wanted and inverter/charger combo he told me that he had never heard of what I wanted and sold me a charger and a separate inverter, then when I got home the inverter was exactly an inverter/charger combo. I ordered Truma heat piping came in the wrong colour and missing parts. Also some parts that were said to arrive after 7-14 days still haven't arrived... that was nearly 2 months ago... no word or contact or apologies from them.... I am so disappointed that an "expert business" doesn't know what they have or have any kind of way to help one get what they need. Unfortunately there aren't many places in Norway that sell this kind of thing and Tromso is very limited.... I still do not recommend this place. I will shop anywhere else and only come back here as a complete last resort. Such a shame.

Just want you to know we had a great time– it hasn't even been a week since we turned in our RV after one and a half week of vacation. Thanks you guys for all you did for us!! We rented out the motorhome for 4. We loved it. Perfect layout for four people.
Absolutely no flexibility to change the reservation due to a pregnancy problem. In addition, we had to send 11 mails and wait for month and a half for the return of 50%. Not recommended
