KLM has teribble costume service- you dont get a hold of them by phone, and its impossible to have a conversation with them by email, whatsapp or facebook- they just use robots and you dont get any answears! would never by tickets there again- never experienced such a terrible costume service- its non-exisiting

Lazy and unfirendly Staff of KLM in Sandefjord TRF. Empty counter with 30 people and no Service, and one counter with staff, but she didnt like to check them inn. Waiting 30min without moving forward. She just sat there and enjoyed christmas by not doing her job. Then people wonder why tge flight shedule get' messed up. Anoying to travel like this on christmas!
Blatantly stealing customers money, by illegally refusing to refund money from tickets KLM themselves cancelled, in the middle of a crisis already impacting peoples economy. Terrible
I've flown 6 times with Skyteam members the last months, registered my flying blue account each time when booking, and did not receive a single point for it. That's normally called a scam.
veldig dårlig service. jeg gjorde tabben og kjøpe billetter her til 40000kr, det skulle jeg aldri gjort. en liten endring er de ikke villig til å hjelpe til med. Arrogant ufin og frekk svensk dame på telefon. første og siste gang vi reiser med KLM.
Über Stunden versuche ich 2 Tickets zu buchen,außer Kosten in der Warteschleife kein Erfolg.Wenns nicht klappt werde ich meine Meilen verschenken und eine andere Linie buchen.Bin ein geduldiger Mensch,aber was KLM per Telefonbuchung bietet 30 Jahre zurück
