I fell down on the ground and my glasses were broken. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They tried their very best to fix my glasses. Thank you very much. The warmest persons I ve ever met on my second trip to Oslo.

Very professional Norwegian chain of opticians. I've been a customer of several opticians both domestic and abroad over the years, and this must be one of the best. Great service, thorough examinations, will actually advise against buying one of their products if it does not fit your needs. Not the cheapest in Norway though.

Otroligt dålig och slö service! Trött personal som masar runt i slow motion och snackar strunt istället för att hjälpa kunder som väntar. Själv stod jag och väntade en halvtimme på hjälp innan stängningstid bara för att informeras en minut innan stängningstid att de stänger -de kunde ju sagt till innan!! Slö personal med noll fokus på kundservice! Aldrig Krogh Optikk! Warning! Incredibly poor and slow service! Avoid at all cost!
