Kvinneforum for verdensfred (KFVF) is the norwegian branch of Women's Federation for World Peace International (WFWPI), an NGO with consultative status at the UN’s economical and social council. WFWPI was originally establiched on 10th of April 1992 by Mrs. Hak Ja Han Moon, and has expanded to over 122 nations. WFWPI stresses the value of both the feminine and masculine, and works to raise up women. WFWPI goes beyond religious barriers and supports religious dialog. KFVF’s aim is to empower women to consciously strengthen and use their attributes and skills in working for a global family based on a culture of sustainable peace.
