In reseption they told about closed WC only when the bill was payed. We camped with a tent and they knew about it. So it is really not nice to be so rude!!!

Nice area for camping and cabin, but there are plenty of free parking space and large free areas around lærdal where you park car or caravan and set up tents and camping , This way you can save money for short rest! But if need proper toilets, bathroom, electricity, water etc camping site is recommended
This establishment sits on the shore of Sognefjord and is surrounded by steep mountains. You can find here various types of cabins and you can also park your motor home. We stayed in a cabin which was a little dates but was very comfortable and clean. Be aware that you have to pay for linens. You park your car at the entrance to the cabin. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant they have on the premises. Although not very sophisticated, the food was great and tasty. Breakfast was a little poor.
The rooms were smaller & sparse but very pretty views of the fjord at sunset. Was only there for 1 night stop. The Italian chef who was at the restaurant in August 2018 did an excellent job & made very tasty food .
Very good in every way. Clean and good facilities, activities for kids, great location with view down the fjord and evening sunshine...
