Travelled all the way from another city to Drammen to check a used bmw hybrid that I found on finn.no and make the purchase the same day. I was met by a young guy, who looked rather disinterested in making a business. I found the car i was interested in. He asked about my budget, i told him my approximate range and asked him if i could test drive the car. His answer was no, because the car was outside of the range. This response is ridiculous in many ways, one of them being that the price was only marginally higher than my range, and i could have easily afforded it if i liked the car after driving it. The fact that I am asking to test drive it already gives this message - we dont travel 100kms to Drammen to just test drive for fun! But more importantly, this is not how you communicate with your potential customers! I asked if i could speak with someone more experienced/professional and who had at least some business sense, but unfortunately there were no one except him. Long story short, I came with a strong intention to purchase a used BMW from Bilia today, and left with even stronger intention of not coming back again. Please think about whom you hire and who represent your dealership - the price might get very high in some instances. good luck!
BMW service - terrible.
Excellent service for staff at workshop area, and sales stuff. However the tyre sales department service was disappointing, staff showed up 20 minutes late for work and did not apologise for keeping me waiting.
I was trying to call them on the phone number is on google but from 4 times on different days nobody answered ... nobody cares about us
