I'd say that since it expanded to stores, the prices has gone up, but they still have a lot to pick from and I mean a lot. When you go inside their stores, I promise you that you will be shocked about how many products there are and how great the customer service is.

The staff are helpful if you are willing to ask them, they certainly wont come and seek you out directly. The store gets quite confusing with the current layout and at times feels like a maze. It's very messy and busily laid out, it would be appreciated to have a better navigation system.

Even though you're supposed to order online and pick up yourself, you get better help here than most conventional el-stores...! Ended up with an upgrade of my original product based on help from the staff and that turned out to be perfect for me. This is how shopping is supposed to be. No fancy bulls***, just wares and a well informed and friendly staff.
