I am not satisfied with this airline. There is a Covid everywhere, they asking for PCR test before boarding but nobody cares that the plane is full. No empty seats were available. Covid can't get into the plane or what? Where is rule 2m distance in plane ? Money are more important than healt, right? As bonus because of \ technical issues\ they didnt receive our luggages and we are waiting 5 days for them and they are not able to manage some courier to bring them to our adress.

As passenger i have consideration of the covid situation, but customer service at Lufthansa is totally indifferent. They do not have any knowledge of Lufthansa own policies or even try to be polite, offer alternative solutions or anything similar totally disappointed. Lufthansa and Star Alliance never again. KLM and Air France will be the choice.
Horrible customer service. Rude airline attendants. Had security issues at the airport which led to two friends having to board a different flight. Will NEVER fly with Lufthansa ever again. Having to listen to all the German AND English announcements on the plane is also EXTREMELY ANNOYING.
I know it's Covid time but I think that's just been used an excuse to cut catering from the business lounge and close early. The service not as good as Air France, particularly if you like attentive bar staff on your flight. A really bossy boots Maire d frau not to everyone's tastes unless you happen to be into that kind of thing. Our A330 was definitely looking rather tired although I appreciate that these are tough times for airlines.
Cancelled our holiday flight the day before without informing us in any way. The customer support person was completely indifferent to the situation. German efficiency and quality is a thing of the past. At least with Lufthansa.
Absolutely devastated! Put me on a different flight cause mine was cancelled which involved stops in Munich and in Austria and on a passport control took me with 5 months old newborn to police due to absence of Shengen visa in my passport. I couldn't take any different flight, I obviously couldn't make Shengen visa cause my flight was changed less than 24 hours, I spend nearly an hour in police office in Munich Airport and Lufthansa blamed me in the end that I didn't know the law. Applause. Never again,danke!
Totally completely worthless. Cancelled our flights 3 times without noticing us. Sat us in the very back Of three flights from PMO to ARN.
