I have never experiancd so bad service as this mobile company, i had some issues and when i call customer service they just sending me round and round , pls folks never ever choose this mobile company, they have such a bad customer serivice and rude.

Worst customer service!!! They just don't respond AT ALL. It's like talking to a stone wall. It's so frustrating that at one point you begin to feel stupid for actually expecting them to reply. The online chat is also useless because all they can do is "We'll follow up. Wait till tomorrow" and then you're left hanging again. Waste of time and money!
NOT RECOMMENDING! I had 2 phones there, mine and my wifes. My phone since 2019 started having problems (earlier for 3 years was OK) each time I was going abroad (traveling a lot) was working for 2-3 days and than offline until returned to Norway. My wife phone (not often in use - in general only to get to the bank) we got at some point notification that in 3weeks number must be top up or will be canceled. 3 DAYS after notification I tried to top it up and phone was already deactivated. Of course lyca is not willing to retrirewe the phone for my wife. If they retrive phone, I will change to 4 stars.... perhaps even 5 for the effort done.
Don’t buy. Has been a nightmare to get SIM card. Still did not receive and will not be able to use. Wasted my money (prepaid sim for delivery) and a lot of time for nothing. This is from a SIM in Norway. Thought it would be a good company. Nope. Run away. Agree with other comments here. It’s like your being scammed by lycamobile directly. Terrible customer service.
WORST customer service ever! SCAMMERS! I called them to receive help for my sim card but I was told they can not help me because my sim card that I have been using is registered under someone else's name!!!!! and now they ask me to prove my own identity for my own number!!!!! Don't trust them. Even 1 star rating is too much for you My email was lost and after 2 months they never replied.
Absolutely worst phone service I have ever experienced. Do not fall for Lyca’s scam... they offer ‘deals’ which mean you have to pay full price regardless and then the phone service never functions. These criminals should go to jail for defrauding customers. Truly a sorry state of affairs.
Can't even deserve half star. Poor service. Poor customer handling. Frustrated by the customer service. Bought a online bundle and 17 days still couldn't activate it. Bogus. Simple answer you get from the customer care is "my apologies sir", that's it. NOTHING IMPROVES.
NEVER EVER choose Lycamobile! Bought a SIM card from Oslo airport for my friend, with data and phone calls covers EU. And once my friend travels out of Norway (both Danmark and Finland), the SIM card stops working. No mobile network, no internet. We called customer service many times, tried all different settings, nothing worked. One customer service had such bad attitude, and she even hang up my phone. Definitely DO NOT choose lycamobile!
