These guys are extremely confused about their Reward benefit plan. Talked to more five of them on the phone and chat and they can't even manage to close an account. Had a similar experience with them many years ago. They are good at complicating simple things for some reason.

Dirty already before the flight
Just like everyone said already, these people are scam artist and will even lie to milk money from you. 2kg over weight carry one for 750. And they would tell you 10kg each piece at check in to scam you, then measure them at the gate.
Been all over the world and this has to be worst airline yet that I've been on. First off at Oslo airport they have some lady that won't let you go to their customer service desk until you're 3 hours from departure. We were having problems with 1 out of 3 passports and I'm not kidding she wouldn't let us go up to the desk because ya you want to deal with that last minute. Then they waited on transfer customers making our plane over 1 1/2 hours late. Of course now there is no gate open at JFK and we are still stuck on this plane ride from hell.
Worst service ever. If you run into any trouble you better have a good insurance, Norwegian doesn't care. I was using Norwegian a lot, both for private, business and customer trips, but had to cut them out now completly.
I had an exceptionally bad experience with their customer service on 19.07 in Oslo, Gardermoen. The attendant Andrei was very unresponsive and difficult in helping me with organizing a flight that was delayed by 3 hours and after I insisted (friendly-like, but firm) he simply told me: \Go away\ and proceeded to tell his colleague that I was simply some stupid Russian. When I walked back and spoke with Andrei's manager, She proceeded to call security instead of speaking with me. Not only is this an extremely rude and dangerous attitude (to use security officers as customer relations) but I was placed in an impossible position with law enforcement in Norway, my host country. Absolutely appalling training for customer service in Gardermoen for Norwegian!
