Level Crossing Warning System The Wavetrain Systems Level Crossing Warning System is a system for detecting approaching trains at level crossings and activating warning indicators (lights and sounds). The system is based on signals generated in the rails by approaching trains, and uses the specific signal profile associated with trains for detection. The advantage of the Wavetrain Systems Level Crossing Warning System (LCWS) is that all components are installed in the vicinity of the level crossing, normally within 15 meters.
