My boyfriend and I decided to do the Kennel Visit and it was absolutely worth it. You get to greet every dog at the farm, even the small puppies and there is absolutely no time pressure. Ida introduced us to every dog and told us interesting facts either about the dogs or about their work in general. I definitely recommend the kennel visit, it was like a dream come true. Thanks for that! :) We'll do the husky tour next time we're in Norway.

The tour itself was a lot of fun. Ida was wonderful. She was so kind. The scenery you get to see was great and some of it was just breathtaking. The 2 hour tour was a bit much, so I can't imagine taking the longer one. It requires you to do work with the dogs. It was pretty cold in early March (2020) and even more cold when you have the wind blowing on you. Layer up and take off clothes when you need to. Gotta take it in stride, though. Dogs are just dogs. They gotta poop, even when they're working. They don't wait until the job is done. They poop while they run. I don't think it ever gets on the sled, but it sure gets close.
A brilliant experience with very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!
Amazing experience with superb guides. Well wort a visit! Not only do you get to cuddle with the dogs, you also get to drive the sled and ride the sled. The visit is wrapped up with coffee and your own dough to roast over an open fire, inside a massive tipi. All together a memorable experience which I will surely visit again!
Truly AMAZING!! Once in a lifetime experience. Highly recommend booking with these guys. The guides are friendly, the dogs well looked after and customers too. You really get to experience the power of the dogs and feel an adrenaline rush as you wind your way through the breathtaking scenery. A must when visiting Norway in the winter!
Epic experience but you got to speak some English in order to understand the instructions from the guide. Other than that, everything is easy you just get on the sled and enjoy the ride. 6km ride is rather longer than you think so make sure to wear warm clothes! Like really really warm clothes.
