I bought a Samsonite suitcase at shop at Morris Storo this week. A very nice suitcase, but the store clerk wasn't, in my opinion. She expressed an annoyance over me rather than trying to understand what I was looking for. This is my first store review, but I think this is an important matter for future customers. When I first approached her she presented me very nicely to a suitcase that was bigger than what I wanted, and when I asked about smaller sizes, it was like putting a needle to a balloon. An irritation rather than trying to meet my needs. I might not have looked like a business traveler this day, but I am, and I think I expressed myself, and what I needed quite clearly. But I'm not a suitcase expert. Of course. Hence the visit to Morris. When I eventually got introduced to the smaller version and bought it, I saw a genuine smile for the first time. If you're running a store the importance of kindness and sincerity is alfa omega for me. But Morris Storo didn't impress me...
