Called and asked for a taxi, said its super urgent, they said it will come right away. Had to call multiple times to ask where the taxi is. Gradually more and more sarcastic and unhelpful person answered, and it's clear he could not give a bigger f... . In the end I waited one hour, and had to give up and choose another type of transportation. Arrived super late, totally ruined the day for a lot of people. I understand if they have low capacity at some times, but then don't tell your customers the taxi will arrive in minutes when it takes an hour! If you have no free car, say that! Then I could seek another kind of transportation right away! You'd think with the insane prices they are charging they would actually do a good job. Terrible.
