They managed to mess up delivery of my car key as agreed upon, leading to extra 2 hours wasted on my side. Furthermore, they try systematically to suggest changing air filters at higher frequency than recommended by the manufacturer. I had sufficient time to write this review while waiting in their phone line for a solution...
