They changed the agreement I had with them without first informing me about it. Moreover they tried to charge me for this change, which they then promised they wouldn't do only for me to find out by accident that they did charge me 2000 NOK. I did receive it back then, but needless to say they lost my trust. And their interest rate is much higher than with other banks.
