Prices for Taxi with Taxi Meter. Norwegian law of July 1, 2018 Here are the rules: You must get a quote before the taxi ride starts. You will get this without having to ask for it, and you will get it whether you order in an app, on the phone - or if you get into a taxi on the street. You can only get a quote if you can enter an address you need. The price quote is like a maximum price to count. The taximeter should still be started, and if the price of the taximeter is not the same as the price offer you received, it is the lowest price that applies - and that is the lowest price you have to pay. The same goes for fixed price lines: It is the lowest price of fixed price, price quotation and taximeter price you have to pay.
I ordered a buss from camping to Trolltunga. Paid via PayPal. Didn't get any tickets or confirmation from Odda Taxi. Wrote several times to 2 different email. No answer.
Really disappointed with this taxi service. Ordered a taxi to the base of trolltunga and they didn't arrive when they said they would, so we had to call again and they had forgotten we ordered a taxi. We bought return tickets to come back to odda a day later, and the woman organizing the taxis at trolltunga was rude and very disorganized. We called the taxi service and they said a taxi was coming in 20 minutes. A taxi did come 20 minutes later, but when I went over and told them I had called, they were confused, rude and let someone else take it. This happened multiple times and we ended up waiting 2 hours. Will not be using this service again.
Service is great and you can call the taxi even in the night.
Ordered taxi the day before to pick us up from the hotel in the morning, DID NOT SHOW UP!
Taxi sjåfør ville ikke kjøre når samboer (mann) spurte, men med en gang en jente (som var i gjengen spurte) så kom han med en gang. J....... dårlig service.
