Avoid this fastlege (doctor) centre. The receptionist booked the wrong time for us and when we arrived at the correct time we waited for an hour then was told to come back, and was given a penalty fee to pay. Due to this and the actual appointment (changing doctor twice and lack of equipment), I strongly suggest opting for one of the many alternatives in the nearby area.

There is no reception, nobody, just rooms with quipment and telefone is keep ringing. Waited for 5 mins and shout if someone is there, obviously no one! have no idea why it's called "legevakt" just waste of time.
This is the worst service experience ever. Sending henvisning to specialist or prescription to apotheke is as big a challenge as landing on Mars, miracle kind of. They don't know how to use computers, phones, faktura behandling. After calling them twice, they still did not manage to sent henvisning, neither to me, neither to specialist. Considering that you need to call them 1000000 times to get them pick up the phone - every simple service will take days. Plus they often charge twice for same service, never respond on mails, very seldom pick up the phone, there is no way to communicate with them, only in person, what is impossible now too, because they moved, but for long time there was no information where. It would be even funny, if your health would not depended on that.
This was the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I was quoted 910Kr for the consultation and the treatment. I was then charged 1650Kr which I immediately said was wrong and was told I would be emailed, I was not. I then had to call several numbers and contact different emails finally talking to someone who assured me I would have the payment fixed. I emailed her with no reply. I waited a week or two and still no reply only to receive a factura from a billing company for 1750Kr so had to begin calling again and again and again, . All this led to me being told that they cannot change a factura and said I had to pay 1600Kr. I then sent several more emails and finally threatened to contact 'Forbrukerombudet' (a government aid for things like this) and they then said that they would charge me the original price I first was told. This all took nearly two months to sort out.

Brukte 2000 kroner for noe som skulle være en kjapp titt på en forkjølelse. Tok blodprøver (2 ganger), men maskinen var ødelagt så fikk ingen svar på tester. Legen snakket ikke norsk veldig godt noe som gjorde besøket mye mye lenger enn nødvendig. Ikke var norsk skriveferdighetene hans gode heller, så jeg endte opp med å fylle ut tekster for han... Anbefaler andre å gå hvor som helst annet enn her. Ønsker penger tilbake for ubrukelig tester og tull med tid.
Det første som møter deg når du går inn i «klinikken» er en resepsjonist som prater i telefonen bak en krok. Hun prater om livet og hvor godt hun trives i jobben sin - så ikke med en pasient mao. Ingen øyekontakt, ikke et «hei». Null kontakt å få. Måtte finne ut av hvordan jeg registrerte meg på egen hånd. Når jeg endelig kommer inn til legen begynner han å guiltrippe meg for at jeg er der og bretter ut om hvem han er. Han spurte meg direkte: «Vet du hvem jeg er?» Jeg kunne ikke brydd meg om han var selveste Kongen, hva har det med noenting å gjøre?!? Det er første gangen møter en lege som skryter av sine meritter og hvor flink han er. Utrolig ubehagelig. Jeg endte opp med å dra derfra uten å få behandling. Respektløs, uprofesjonell behandling av en pasient. Jeg har aldri opplevd maken. Hårreisende opplevelse!
