They are not confident regards to the time. Taxi app what they have is unclear and need some update with more options (baby seats, drivers number, drivers location, pick-up time, etc.) Price is fine, but we have driver with bad street knowledge. So we pay for bad service.

Ordered taxi 1 hour before pickup, then taxi arrived 40 minutes late.
For the lower air port price call any cab company first! Driver smashed out luggage, couldn't get the door closed, got out to fix it with the meter running. Texted the entire time he was driving, constantly going out of our lane. We we finally got there, it cost 150 on the meter and when he opened the rear hatch the top bag shot out on to the road and almost under the car behind us. I was furious, people even took pictures from the waiting area. Judging by the other reviews, this is ops normal for this company.
Avoid at all cost, this cab company is a complete rip off. I took their cab from Oslo airport to my hotel, they charged me over NOK 1,500 when it should have been around NOK 800.
The driver was talking on his phone (handheld, not an ear piece) while going 20km/h over the speed limit.
My wife booked a Maxi-Taxi With this firm for her pharmacy annual trip abroad. The taxi was booked for 09:45, Saturday 8th June 2019. After many frantic phone Calls to the taxi booking line, the taxi finally arrived 10:10. The 13 People then boarded the taxi for the 35 min. Journey to Oslo Gardermoen airport for their 12:15 flight, which was now MUCH tighter than it should have been. A price of Kr. 1830 had been agreed beforehand With the booking Office. On arrival at the airport, the driver tried to charge them Kr.2130. My wife complained and asked for a price reduction for the late arrival and stress caused. This was obviously refused. I urge EVERYONE READING THIS TO AVOID THIS COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE AND DISHONEST COMPANY. They are completely USELESS. My wife had booked them for the Return also. That has obviously been CANCELLED and re-booked With a mor reputable outfit.
When you always, every weekend need to take a taxi the same route home...one time you take Christiana taxi...the guy takes the longest route possible, I tell hem to take the fastest route instead..and all of a sudden he doesn't speak English anymore....309 kr for a 10 Min drive that with any other taxi company costs me 200 kr.... NEVER EVER AGAIN worst service ever... Because along the way suddenly he could have a whole conversation in English.....total ripoff.
Terrible service, will contact tommorow.
