WORST EXPERIENCE IN A BANK I HAVE EVER HAD!!! This is a pitiful excuse for a bank. From the idiot at the entrance filtering customers, to the inability and incompetence of the staff, to the fact one CANNOT even file a complaint without logging in a personnummer (thereby removing anonymity), I am at a loss as to why anyone would willingly choose this horrible bank.

In my case very quick and nice. first a very nice lady helped to register the application. another nice lady stayed longer 20 minutes after closing the bank to finish my case with me. That why i give 5*
customer service is quite bad...i open an account as expat and i basically have no tools to talk with them, i call several times and i just keep waiting and waiting....so no idea what to do honestly
This is just a terrible bank. It has the most horrendous customer service I have ever come across.
I am very happy with the service. They explained everything very clearly and gave advices. And fixed everything I asked for in 1 hour!:) I am quite impressed because with my old bank I experienced only problems and lost a lot of time and energy. So I just moved my account to DNB and I am hoping they will keep up the good job!:)
I couldn't imagine such an awful service. It deserves zero stars, really. First, they lost my documents when I tried to create the bank account - so it took for me almost two months! After that, I have been trying to get a house loan in the bank as a customer, but unfortunately, the \loan adviser\ who took my case was Morten Børstad, who hasn't bother even to check my documents for a month (!) - After 100 calls, sms, emails I was desperate to even get him to look at my case, not to receive the feedback. Edit: It took 4 (!!) Months to get the response about house loan from them, as I wanted to get it in my main bank, which is for my shame was DNB. And I was rejected, even having the equity, permanent contract e.t.c. Their response was literally \You need to live more in Norway\. That's was the only reason. Then got a positive response in another bank just in one day. So my advice to everyone who don't have Norwegian name, avoid DNB, if you don't want to deal with arrogant personnel and wait months for simple answers.
Terrible Terrible Terrible ! Was told that they will take 6 weeks to open an account. Not sure if the employee knew what she was saying. Where in world does a bank take this long for new account? DNB employees need some education. This bank needs a big clean up at this location. Customer facing employees should know something and should know how to greet, treat and speak to customers. This location of your bank deserves zero stars.
