Good shopping as in all Elkjøp stores I have been too over the years Got a lot of home improvement and do it yourself items for carpentry, masonry,plumbing, electric etc. Friendly staff as always
Nice experience overall great collection, as usual Elkjop it's one of my favourite shoping destination and love visiting again and again.
Decent store with the expected selection and the same prices as other stores in this chain. The store is divided over two floors, where most home appliances are on the top floor and electronics are on the lower floor.

Day of visit, 09.11.2020 Unfriendly and poor service by an employee at the data department. I wanted to buy an accessory for an item that was bought from \Elkjøp Alna\ and pay it myself as a gift for the person who was with me and I then went to look. The person who was with me then asked the employee who sold us the merchandise for help, but was then yelled at from the counter telling I was so stubborn and didn't want help to us. We figured that we would rather go to another store and just when we are about to checkout the employee comes with a suitable accessory for the product, but we declined the offer. If it were not for the fact that other stores were empty of the item that we bought, we probably would just leave the store without purchasing anything. First and last time purchasing from this store. - There is a requirement with masks in the store, but many people without masks in the store and staff doesn't care. - An employee yelling in the store telling you are stubborn and refuses to help, and all I was saying is that I wanted to go look for a suitable accessory. - An employee refuse to help, and regrets himself and coming with one to us at checkout. - Not really anything good as the overall experience was bad.
Big place, it has 2 levels, so be amazing
