We've ordered a tailored wardrobe from Garderobeeksperten where they came to measure before installing. When installing they had the wrong measures, so they had to order again (or cut it adjusted to the wrong measures, which was not an option) and we had to wait another 2 weeks more before the wardrobe was installed. When leaving our house the end-result was terrible - holes in the wall from wrong measurements, wholes in the actual wardrobe covered with stickers, scratches on the door which is also installed crookedly , uneven drawers, and visible marks in the wall around the wardrobe due to rough handling. When sending a complaint regarding this the customer service we met is one of the worst we have ever experienced. Firstly, the invoiced due date was 2 days after the product was wrongly/badly delivered. Then they offer to come and tear down the installed product instead of fixing their mistakes. Going back and forth with a very bad customer handling we now have a wardrobe delivered by \experts\ in worse shape then we could have done ourselves and a threat to come tear it down if we don't pay the invoivced amount within the end of the day, we have to take the case to Forbrukerrådet to get help handling their services. Highly recommend to find another provider if you want your wardrobe installed by professionals, or rather just do it yourself.

Excellent service, reliable workers, and beautiful wardrobes! The whole process from getting an offer, adjusting to fit, ordering and finally assemble the wardrobes, worked perfectly well. Workers came on time, worked all day, and left the house cleaner than it was when they arrived.

Veldig uprofesjonell service og salgstriks. Jeg bestilte befaring med 50% rabatt. Pga at de ikke hadde tid til å komme innen 1 mnd mener de nå at tilbudet på 50% har gått ut og at det ikke gjelder lenger. Dette selv om det stod at «bestill befaring idag og få 50 % rabatt på garderobe» Dette sett i lys av andre negative anmeldelser kan jeg ikke anbefale selskapet. Har også prøvd å få kontakt med de uten at de svarer.

Selve montørene gjorde hele opplevelsen så bra! De var profesjonelle, effektive og gjennomførte et helt perfekt resultat. For noen arbeidere!! Anbefales på det sterkeste (men tegning og størrelse osv må man ta litt tak i selv, så førprosessen kan være litt frem og tilbake).
