Customer service is terrible. Webpage is useless, and they charge extra if you decide to enter your power consumption manually. To bad you can't chose your electric provider in Norway.

If I could give 0 out of 5 I could do it happily. If you are not Norwegian and you don't know the laws here I strongly suggest you to go on another company. I terminated my account because I was moving and the assure me that I don't have anything to pay. Then they decided that the had to charge the last 14 days and without informing me, they send my ''debt'' to a debt collector company that sent me a factura in my new address 3 times more the amount. So Hafslund could find me as they said but their debt collector could. And of course everything 3 months later so I have to pay more interest. As for the customer service? I can easier communicate easier with drunk people in Juleboards than those SUPERUDE employees of them. I am happy that I will NEVER be a customer of yours again.
worst company ever. we always had a bill about 200-600. and in april its suddenly 4700. we went to servic point at drammensveien but its not longer exist. we tryed to call many times for hours but got never an answer. does anyone got a tip for us what we can do??? were not willing to pay without any explaining for what we pay so much. thx.............
Horrible company
Hei Hafslund nett AS Vi er en barnefamilie som bor i Gjerdrum og her har vi strømbrudd flere ganger i uka. Det er veldig ødeleggende for oss da bla. kjøleskap/frysere ikke tåler at strømmen går sånn av og på hele tiden, mini renseanlegg som mange har blir restartet og det finnes mange andre ting som går i stykker av stadig strømbrudd. Det er mange andre ting som også blir ett problem da strømmen går av og på hele tiden. Ingen kompensasjon fordi strømbruddet må være lenger en 12 timer og det skjer like ofte, men 3 timer her og der er mye. For oss har det blitt så mye at det IKKE er så mange andre alternativer en å flytte. Hilsen irritert kunde
Mer stabile strømforhold i slummen i det verste U-land
Helt forferdelig selskap. Ventet 6 uker på tilførsel av strøm til ny bolig. Fortsatt er saken ikke løst. Helt umulige å forholde seg til. Utrolig kjedelig.
