Heidi is super nice and patient with Hanky, our mixed cocker spaniel whom I suspect to be a bit demanding when it comes to be quiet for some time :) she’s done great work trying to recover Hanky’s back fur, which has been damaged by improper cutting. I’d definitely recommend Heidi!
