They were helpful, easy check in and drop off. They upgraded the vehicle with an automatic gearbox one. No added cost at the end. Happy with the service!

The worst place ever to rent a car, bad customer service. They take very long to respond your phone call and never reply to your email. After a month I returned the car they charged me for the damage that I didn’t do... I called and explained but It was poor service.

Are you joking? Do you think it's a normal thing to do when you are an international corporate to NEVER answer you phone on the number that you give to your dear customers? Oslo sentrum, airport and so on....... I am never ever renting anything with you, I won't recommend you to anyone. Employees look depressed and fed up, they don't even want to help. Just a kid taking care of the drop in was nice. Bravo bravo

This place is a shame for an international brand. We asked for Kids Sits and they were stored laying on the floor in a dirty space among dogs cage and wheels. The worst experience I have ever had in car rental.

We had a flat tyre while driving on a road and Hertz left us absolutely disattended. The equipment included in the car is useless to fix a wheel. They took more than 1.5 hours to call the truck to transport us, and it took us to a wrong city (Kongsberg instead of Oslo). In the garage they chose, there were not the correct tyres for the car. They closed the doors with our car inside until Monday (it was friday 4PM) and we were left alone with no car and no way to move in a city we don't know with no instructions from Hertz, who didn't pick up the phone. Luckily, the garage guys (who do not work for Hertz) helped us and gave us some instructions, meanwhile there was no way to contact Hertz. After long time with nothing to do, nowhere to go and no car, we had to pay a taxi for Hertz to give us another car, with no apologies from their side. Horrible experience.

If you are a Norwegian you can get the customer service on the phone, if you are not apparently you can't. These people here are not serious about what they are doing. So fingers crossed you don't have an issue otherwise you are done.
