The worst. Do not buy here, they take too long to deliver the products and usually give you a failed or wrong. I have 2 months waiting for a product to be changed and they don't give me a reason for anything, don't buy here!

I ordered phone case . After 15 days we didn't get the case .... and we have a problem to get our money back . They want us to wait 10 days more..... . Never ever more . I had to buy them in normal shop
Bought watch for kid, which is already activated on someone's else phone number. When contacted with customer service they said don't know how to remove current number, even I bought as a new.

After MTP changed the broken screen of my iPad, it came loose in one corner after about a week. I took it back to the store and was immediately accused of having dropped the iPad, but I insisted that this was not the case, and eventually, the cashier took the iPad to check with a technician who could confirm that they hadn't glued it properly in the first place. So they changed the screen again, but this time, it started registering input signals randomly. In the end, I bought a new screen off Ebay and replaced it myself for a fraction of the price. My next experience with MTP's customer service was that they somehow managed to register an order another customer made to me, and when this order arrived in my mailbox, MTP insisted I return the order to them at my own cost, to get it reimbursed later. I told them I was perfectly happy to drop it in the mail if they sent me a postage paid envelope, but they \didn't do that\, still expecting me to handle the return. To me, MTP's service comes off as bullying and the technical quality of their work seems significantly below par. They have a decent selection (for Norway), though, and are not too expensive, so I still think they have something going for them. I will think twice before ordering from them again, and I certainly won't want them to do any work on any device of mine.
