Untrustworthy player in the Nordic market. Don't understand how it has so many users. In the year 2020, interfaces and functionality should be a simple matter.

Absolutely terrible customer service. 2 months to process agreement and still not done. Cannot get through to anyone and all they can say is ' back log'. Will be closing my account. Their commission rates are not the best either.

Oh, how i miss netfonds.no that was bought by Nordnet. Nordnet is a lot more rigid and does many tricks and moves to get more money out of each and every customer - things that i had taken for granted at Netfonds. For instance like taking interest rate when taking money out after a stock sale too early- you have to be careful, wait and manually follow the correct payment date before you take your money out. I did not find any automatic way of taking money out at the rent free date as was so easy with Netfonds. At netfonds - this was so convenient and automatically set the correct date. I really don't feel like Nordnet is caring about me as a customer - it's easy to see how they are more interested in earning money with extra charges rather than getting satisfied customers. I totally agree the rating this company has been given in avarage by others. Very very disturbing move from Netfonds to Nordnet - even the dividend payout was messed up and kept at a internal account at Nordnet without any information given - it's strange that such a hand over from Netfonds to Nordnet is legal. Nordnet says a payout directly to the stock owner is not possible - they collect the dividend first. That means lots of more admin work! This is without mentioning all the double answers of new customer questions - i would give 0 out of 0 points in terms of the customer experience after Netfonds. Therefore - it is a lot better to choose again and find a better internet broker without so much rigid hassle and extra administration work. The reason is I never chose to be a customer at Nordnet - they \bought\ me as a customer....

If you call customer service, be sure to talk to the brokers. The normal customer service agents are completely incompetent. Could write a 800 word SA about why, but just take my word for it. Too bad there is really no alternative in Norway.
