Built some 10 years ago, the Oslo Opera House has quickly become a new Osloite landmark. It is located some 2 kilometers from the city center and houses the national opera and ballet of Norway. You can however enjoy the place even if you are not a cultural fan. There is a free entrance to the magnificent foyer and if you want to just hang out with friends or do some sun bathing, there is a large public space surrounding the building fit just for that.

Haven’t been inside yet. But the architecture is fantastic and the sunset reflection on its glass makes it more beautiful!!! Nice spot also to take some very good pictures. Check mine taken by iPhone.

Absolutely fantastic building. Unique structure, great viewing point for the city and the fiord, stunningly beautiful ()all the wood!) inside. I attended a few shows, the acoustics are spectacular. It's an experience that just keeps on giving.

Best during, before, or shortly after golden hour. Picturesque like most of the places in the city.

A One of the highlights of Oslo, this aesthetic gem is on the coast in the middle of the sophisticated part of town. Its very much a tourist attraction just for the views. You can go inside and see a very expertly designed building the geometric shapes are honestly genius. Of you like architecture this place is for you! On the outside there is so much to see there like 3 levels a lot of walking but you can climb to the top of the Opera House it's a great overview of the city!
