The best arena for the local community specially for kids and teens. It is safe to take kids and teens if they are a members of the club. The playing field is man made grass not natural however this is normal in this country. If you are looking for club's for your kids around Oppsal this arena is recommended.

Nice hall. Very good fields, safe and spacious.
It's good for playing sports like handball, see ccer and basketball. But I wish it had more of a colorful variation
Nice sports arena with 3 handball courts, cafeteria and vending machines in the hall.
It's a pretty good sportshall. Not much more to be said.
