A nice place to visit if it is cold or wet outside (still good even if the weather is OK). Many trams crowded together with info on each. You can walk through most of them too.

Oslo Transport Museum at Majorstuen is the most interesting museum in Oslo, perhaps after the viking ships. You can walk into the exhibited tramcars, suburban railcars and buses. The oldest tram is a horse tram from 1875, built by J. Stephenson Co. in New York. You can also buy books in the museum shop. Well worth a visit!
One of the best rail museums I've ever been. Great exposition, nice info presentation. Good to visit with children. You could get in nearly in every showpiece.
It's bigger on the inside!\ Charming place, many exhibits, and you can enter almost all the old vehicles. It may not be the biggest or most professional museum, but the people running the place clearly put their heart into it.
First impression was very crowded with many old carriages. But quickly became interesting if pay attention to details. It’s very small but easily spend one hour there.
I was surprised by the amount of trams and busses that were exposed. Yes, it is a bit cramped, and yes, not every single piece is in best shape and visible on the inside. Still there's a lot of hidden history here, and lots of love for the public transportation system. It's interesting, it's different, and well worth the price of the entrance ticket. Only complaint, they should work a bit harder on translating most of the signs to English, it would let the museum be much more accessible for tourists.
Quite small but has lots of different trams and other public transport. It's nice that you can go inside of most of them
Amazing museum! It seems small at first when you just enter, but actually, it took us 2 hours to check on everything. It's a great place for those who are in love with old trams, trains & buses. You can touch everything, sit down, open the windows, etc.
