I originally had an appointment at 9:50 AM on Monday, but they sent me a text message asking me to come by 8:30 AM on Sunday the day before my appointment. When I show up at 8:30 AM, the receptionist told me they do not know why I got the message, and I have to wait until 9:50 AM. I also had to show the text message to prove. There was no single word of apology. Morning hours are busiest with work and a kid. I had to leave without seeing a doctor and wasted two hours in the morning by back and forth to Ryen. It seemed that they do not care about other people’s time. It was an extremely rude experience.
